Opportunity Zone Map Guide is a static research site. The first launch is designed to collect limited operational and advertising-related data needed to understand whether visitors can find the ZIP, state, city, guide, and source pages.
The first-week setup supports privacy-oriented pageview analytics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, with optional GA4 support if a Google measurement ID is selected. The site can also load Google AdSense to support display advertising. Analytics and advertising scripts load only when production IDs are configured.
The ZIP form runs in the browser and returns research guidance on the same page. The first version does not store submitted ZIP codes in a site database.
The first launch does not include user registration, saved searches, payment forms, property intake forms, or personalized dashboards.
A visitor's browser requests static pages, images, CSS, JavaScript, and public source links. Hosting and analytics providers may process standard operational information such as page URL, referrer, approximate geography, device type, browser type, timestamp, and performance signals.
When Google AdSense is enabled, Google may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, and improve ads. AdSense account approval, ad serving, impressions, clicks, and revenue are controlled in the Google AdSense account, not by this static site.
The launch event layer can record aggregate actions such as ZIP form submission, state-page clicks, source-link clicks, and map-resource clicks. These events are used to understand first-week discovery and navigation, not to build user accounts or personalized profiles.
The first version does not ask visitors for names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, tax documents, investment documents, or property ownership records.
Data source links take visitors to third-party websites. Those websites may use their own logs, cookies, forms, or analytics. Review their privacy notices before submitting information to them.
If the site later adds saved reports, contact forms, personalized account features, payment flows, or affiliate relationships, this page should be updated before those features go live.
